The photos your guests take are usually the ones you never see. They sit in camera rolls, scatter across three group chats, and by the time you think to ask, everyone has moved on. Today we're shipping event photo albums: a shared place your guests can drop their photos and videos into, and a single link you own for getting them all back.

Open your event, create an album, and give it a name — "Reception", "Ceremony", whatever fits. You get a share link and a QR code straight away.

Print the QR code for the tables, drop the link in the group chat, or put it on the back of a place card. Guests scan it, pick photos from their camera roll, and upload. There is no app to install and no account to create — the page works in whatever browser their phone already has.

Photos appear in your album as they come in. You can create more than one album per event if you want to keep the ceremony separate from the afterparty, each with its own code.

Each album holds 5GB, which is roughly 1,500 photos, and accepts the formats phones actually produce: JPG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, WebP and GIF for photos, MP4, MOV and M4V for video. Individual files can be up to 100MB, so short clips are fine alongside stills.

When the event is over, pause uploads with one tap. The album stays exactly as it is and nobody can add anything new, but everything already uploaded is still yours.

Download the whole album whenever you like. On a desktop browser you can save it as a single zip file; elsewhere you get the full file list to download from. Either way the files come straight to you at full quality — we don't compress or re-encode anything your guests upload.

You can also schedule the album to delete itself on a date you choose, which is useful if you'd rather not think about it again after you've saved everything.

A photo album is $5 per month for up to 5GB, charged per album, recurring until you cancel.

You choose how to pay when you create it. Either it comes out of the same prepaid balance your texts use — $5 a month, no card involved — or you put it on a card and we bill it monthly through Stripe. Most people use the balance, and that is what we preselect when yours covers it.

This changes nothing about texts. They stay pay-as-you-go at 5¢ a message, with no card subscription, whichever way you pay for an album. If you never add an album, nothing about your account changes.

To be straight about it: a $5 monthly charge recurs either way. Paying from your balance means no card on file and nothing auto-charging a card — not that the charge stops coming.

If your balance can't cover the $5 — or a card payment fails — uploads close straight away, but the album stays available for you to view and download for 30 more days. We email you before it goes, and after that the album and everything in it is permanently deleted.

The same 30-day window applies if you cancel an album yourself, so nothing disappears the moment you change your mind. Adding credits reopens a lapsed album.
